I have been working at Mspark part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    No previous experience is required.

They are very patient while training you.

The work is easy to learn.

There is so much collaboration between all the workers to make sure everything is running smoothly! I've never seen anything like it in previous jobs. Whenever a team is having a difficult time, there is always someone ready to jump in and help!

We get a lot of overtime pay, even though it is a part time job.

You get bonuses every month just for showing up to work on time!

95% of the people there are very enthusiastic about what they are doing, and some of the kindest people I have met.

We get to spend a lot of time with each other, so it is easy to make friends.

The work is very fast paced, and you have to learn proper coordination, and that makes it challenging and interesting. If it was a slower pace, it might be easy to get bored.

My line supervisor approached me about learning skills needed to apply for more advanced positions, when I had only been working there a couple weeks.

Easy to fill out job application, and they got back with me quickly after receiving it.

So come join us; we would love to have you there!

    Cons

Long shifts can be difficult to get used to. Don't judge it by what you feel like the first month. It gets better with time and experience.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Mspark (Birmingham, AL) in November 2017.

    Interview

Great experience from the start. Always keep me informed on next steps. The process has a number of steps to make sure it is a good fit both ways. Refreshing! Phone, Skype and panel interviews in the process.
