I have been working at Mspark full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Mspark is a great place to work. They have provided me the opportunity to learn and grow many of my skills. The upper management actually cares about the employee’s success and are very helpful in creating an environment for growth. Is it perfect? No. Is it the best place I’ve ever worked? Yes. Mspark does many things to show appreciation to the employees. They have food brought in monthly during our deadline weeks, they give Core Value awards to people at the Town Hall meetings, and many other employee centered events during the year. The department I work in has very high expectations. It is very fast paced and stressful at times, but I love being challenged and think I’ve grown a lot in my career because of it. They provide online training and give us time to learn new skills as well. Did I mention we have Razor scooters in the office? It’s a fun culture and hard work all at the same time. Highly recommended.

    Cons

The train tracks. I'm convinced the trains know when I'm trying to get somewhere in a hurry.

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing us to grow. I'm excited about the new technology (paperless workflow) that is coming! It keeps us relevant and learning new things.
