I have been working at Mullen full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is incredibly smart and hard working. I've never worked with anyone who half-assed even the most inane projects. Office environment is fun and modern with a big open concept and a fridge full of beer on Thursdays and Fridays.

    Cons

The environment is a little erratic. Clients come and go which can necessitate lots of abrupt ends to long term projects or having to immediate ramp up on something new.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mullen.

    Interview

First a phone interview then interviewed with four people from the PR team on the phone. Everyone was nice but some came off a bit indifferent to other cultures. The phone interview lasted around thirty minutes, and the follow up wasn't clear.
