Pros would be that you get three paid twenty minute breaks, pay is good for what you do, get to listen to the radio when working.
In the department where I worked the the work could be very boring, basically all I did was connect and seal two pieces of fabric together, and management in my department was not the best.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Multek (Northfield, MN).
Took a full day, talked to a lot of managers. I also had to talk to the HR manager and that was a tough hour. He asked a lot of probing questions about my team skills.
