Advice to Management
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Multi-Color Corporation (Scottsburg, IN) in November 2009.
Initial interview by employee not mgmt. Seemed strange to me

Multi-Color Corporation employees and family from Batavia and Norwood, Ohio volunteered both their heart and muscles for an incredible cause last Saturday. Combined efforts toward the Northern Kentucky Fire Truck Pull hosted by Wayfair helped raise over $30K to support the Special Olympics! Thanks to all who participated, and congrats to the MCC men's team for taking home the trophy (and to our co-ed team for being very close behind)! #OneMCC
