Advice to Management
Don't manage to the month or the quarter. Invest long term in people at the local level and eliminate the silo management.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Munters (Selma, TX) in April 2015.
I applied through my University Website where they had post an Internship Position. They called m after two days and asked me date and time for schedule an Interview. Interview was taken by HR and Production Manager for about 45 Minutes. They told me, I will contacted within next two weeks if I will be selected for the Second Interview. I called them after 10 to 12 days, they asked me to wait for their call. I call them again after 15 day period got over, they called me for second Interview. There were Two Senior Manufacturing Engineer. They asked me few questions about my course work and how much Do I know about Manufacturing. They took me to the Plant Tour and after that asked me to wait for the HR Call. I got a call after few days and been asked when can I start.
