    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Murphy Exploration & Production International (Less than a year)

Fast-paced working environment; Exciting field; Access to a number of high-profile talent and events; Many opportunities for advancement

Somewhat dangerous working environment with various heavy equipment and machinery; Very long hours with minimal breaks depending on workload

    Advice to Management

Management might want to consider getting the Production Assistants company credit cards to use for supplies, gas, etc. rather than having them track them funds prior to running errands.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Murphy Exploration & Production International (Houston, TX) in December 2012.

Meet with HR reps, a manager and a potential colleague. Atmosphere was very friendly. Almost felt like they were just going through the motions. HR explained the benefits package andagreed vacation days.

    Interview Questions

    • How would I interact with the team. What would I di in a potential challenging scenario. Quite a casual interview. They had decided to hire me before this took place.   1 Answer
