I worked at Musicians Institute full-time (More than 3 years)
I got to work with some incredible visiting artists. Students and faculty are incredibly diverse.
Equipment aside from the recording studios are worn down. The administration and upper management are very disconnected from the employees and students. I was a student and then worked there for several years and saw this problem increase year after year.
Advice to Management
Understand that you work for your employees and students.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Musicians Institute (Los Angeles, CA).
Had to play a few scales and arpeggios
I got bumped up to level 3.
