I have been working at Mutual of Omaha (More than a year)
great working environment, ability to earn equivalent to how I work, in-depth training, friendly staff to answer questions, office outings, awards for achievement, promotion, continuing education, office paid half my pre-licensing, flexible hours, guest trainers and daily training, holidays off, over-all fulfilling career.
Didn't see core management more than twice a year, no offices closer to the southern part of the state which makes working the district territory difficult.
Advice to Management
Visit the offices more. It would also be great to receive training from senior management once a year.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mutual of Omaha.
I met with the manager and he asked the typical behavioral and hypothetical questions. We had a lot of casual conversation and I was told that they had a few more interviews before they could get back to me. I did get a call back within a few days and was offered the job.
