Most people and managers listen to your suggestion. Its kinda cool how seriously they take this whole feedback process. Most things dont change immediately, but when they find a way to help they will. Another thing I found interesting was they are constantly reviewing work and interests and move people to different departments - kinda matching the person's interest with the needs of the department. PTOs are awesome.
Sometimes, the amount of calls get crazy and overwhelming. Some clients are downright rude and just don't want to listen to anything. They want to argue, even when they know their demands are unreasonable. It's really only a few such clients each week. No overtime allowed.
Advice to Management
Continue the growth. The managers work hard and its inspirational.
