Appears moving toward growth mode and addition of new hire provide fresh and new views. Continue working toward to support remote working. It is a positive environment for junior to gain experience.
Certain departments have not yet changed and remains behavior same way before. Fundamental problem, slow to change still exists. Agile approach is development practice and does not correct management practice.
Advice to Management
Leverage recent acquisition to make significant senior management changes. Market is changing much faster pace than the organization is able to change or adjust.
I was interviewed over the phone first and a week after, I was invited to an in person interview. The interview was a series of one on one sessions with several people.
