    Average Interview

I applied in-person. I interviewed at MyWebGrocer (Burlington, VT) in March 2017.

    1st phone screen from HR
2nd onsite interview with around 6 people
3rd phone call asking pay expectations with offer coming next

Overall I'm extremely disappointed with how HR handled my interview process. HR was transparent about putting together an offer on last phone call. Then HR wasn't reachable for four week. They then called me to inform me they dissolved the role. I'm very disappointed with how HR handled this interview especially being a former hire. I would suggest MyWeb showing more employee loyalty especially when they pay 20% below the national average and their expectations are high.
