Small company with good exposure across divisions. Company is ambitious and trying to consistently grow. Opportunities exist if you want to move across divisions.
Work-life balance can be challenging at times. Prospects are minimal, depending on which department you work in. That's mostly all the cons.
Advice to Management
Focus on unifying the workforce so that everyone is focused and equally committed to achieving the company goals.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mycom (Mountain View, CA) in April 2015.
The interview process involved texting a friend of mine who now worked at mycom and asking for a job. Went in for a performa interview where we basically just high fived and got the job. The hiring manager hired me based on my friends recommendation.
