    Pros

    Great work life balance. Everyone in the office is friendly and willing to help out. Competitive pay. Gain lots of experience and skills.

    Cons

    A bit unorganized right now. No 401K matching. Lots of managers getting away with not doing their job correctly or in time.

    Advice to Management

    Crack down on the managers who are not performing to the level they are being paid to.

    Application

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mycom North America (Newark, NJ) in May 2014.

    Interview

    Introduced by a friend into the organization and was Interviewed and screened by HR. Once that was completed I met and spoke with members of the senior management team and finally met with the CEO and the owner and was hired to establish them with a major wireless carrier. The process including drug test and background checks took approximately 2 weeks.
