Don't be fooled by the number of positive reviews, management sent around many emails asking employees to leave positive reviews on glassdoor.

The talented people pretty quickly figured out that it wasn't a great place to be, and found somewhere else. Within a few months, there was a huge turnover of the senior people.

The founders are pretty passionate, which is nice, but that trickles down as anger or resentment. The overall vibe is not particularly happy or positive, mostly just frustrated/annoyed/stressed. The business side and product sides tend to resent each other a bit.

Perks which were mentioned as a sign-on incentive were gradually taken away over time.
Not super flexible in terms of working hours, location.
Pay was fine (fairly competitive) but not amazing.
