I had interviewed with the hiring manager, and had a lovely conversation. It was an interesting role, and we were able to have an open conversation about the needs of the role. After, I had been emailing in to check in on any updates, I was told by the recruiting team there wasn't any. Then, they ghosted me after my last email.
