I worked at Mytrax full-time (More than a year)
Good client base; Can overcharge Japanese clients for idiot work.
Ad hoc management of projects, software, passwords, procedures, etc. means that you will be constantly firefighting and unable to get any work done. Company is not willing to bite the bullet to implement any real changes so the overall product quality is poor.
Managers are constantly screaming at one another and ineffectual.
Unable to get any new business. Dependent upon one client.
