After your first 60 days working full time with us, you'll be eligible for health benefits. Our health plan provides affordable premiums and a company-sponsored health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) program to help reimburse you if you have to pay into your deductible. Preventive services are covered in full, without any out-of-pocket costs.
Our dental and vision plans put the ability to care for your health in your own hands, with especially strong support for the preventive care that will prevent major issues – and costs – down the line. Our dental plan covers 100% of the cost of preventive services and part of the cost of other basic and major services, including orthodontia. Eligible employees may contribute to our 401(k) retirement plan. Smith will contribute 3% of your total eligible compensation to your 401(k) account, regardless of whether you choose to contribute. In addition to the 3% contribution, Smith pays all 401(k) administrative fees.

Advice to Management
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at N.F. Smith & Associates (Houston, TX) in March 2017.
Had a telephonic interview with Solution Architect who contacted me post my application on the college recruitment board. The conversation revolved around my experience and college projects and other behavioral questions. I was told that I would be informed about the next rounds in a week's time. It has been more than 1.5 months and I never heard from the team back. Followed up multiple time, but no response.
