Great people, great benefits, growing company, good pay, good work life balance as I get way more personal time off than last few companies. Enjoy the work and all things being equal extremely happy with time here. We are remodeling office currently so a little disruptive but nice to see Company cares about employee experience.
Some of the long term employees are very negative and probably haven't lived in the real world recently. They constantly complain as the Company grows and evolves and want to remember yesterday. Many of them used to abuse the old policies that have been updated.
Advice to Management
Address the negative employees and tell them to get on board or help them find another job so I dont have to hear them complain.

I was referred by someone already working there. First step was a phone pre-screening, very standard. They contacted me a few days later for a face-to face. On the same day I had an interview with one person, and then with a small group. Everyone was friendly.
