I worked at NANA WorleyParsons full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The Management Team fill the usual requirements of having Town Hall type meetings as needed to keep everyone informed. They seemed approachable and acknowledged self-development efforts at a very basic level.

    Cons

They gave lip service to job related development, but it did not make any difference in promotions, pay raises or job opportunities. It was just their own way of checking their own boxes of achievement.

    Advice to Management

    Encourage and acknowledge self-development.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at NANA WorleyParsons (Houston, TX) in September 2013.

    Interview

the interview with the Worley Parsons management was very positive and explained the position that was open to hire an experienced electrical engineer to benefit the project by accomplishing the duties needed to assure that the project will be performed in a professional manner. The interview also provided the hope that the management would accept the person being interviewed for a permanent position.
