Opportunity to grow with organization, many outlets to financial information for job use and personal knowledge.
More structure needed when it comes to rolling out new initiatives even though they currently do a good job.
Advice to Management
It would be nice to have a (branch employee, contact center employee, and operations employee) on BOD besides the President (could be an advisory council for employees)
I was interviewed by the branch manager and one other woman. The interview was pretty simple and straightforward. They were both super nice and did most of the talking. The questions were normal interview questions.
