Met the most interesting people and the work was so interested. They became family to me.
There were no cons. I loved my job until new management took over.
Advice to Management
Take care of who you bring on board. If your employees are hard workers for your company, make sure they're happy - you need them. They'll work harder and stay with you until they retire.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NCC (New York, NY) in May 2015.
When you get there you have to fill out a packet that includes a few questions. Something like: 1. Describe your most satisfying work experience. 2. Why do you want to work here 3. What will you bring to the company
