Advice to Management
The mergers should never take more than two years. The merger of Retalix into NCR has taken 4 years and it is still not complete.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NCR.
Short and underwhelming. I was hired for a very technical position by someone with no technical background. So the personality side of the interview was key. There were very few technical questions asked of me, and a great deal about where i had worked, and my experience there.
