I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NCR.
Interviewed with 4 people over 2 hrs then another lady of foreign background for less than 15 mins... After everyone else saying I would be asked to come on she made it very obvious she did like me for whatever reason. Within 30 mins of leaving was called on the drive home that I wasn't getting the job.
