Advice to Management
Consider the employees that work under you. Reward them for performing well, and incentivize them to continue. They may do this well without my knowing, but my own manager does not.
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at NCR (Pensacola, FL) in December 2017.
I received no call back for any of the 5 positions I applied for. Interview process never began since it would appear the company hired someone out of high school. I was recommended by a NCR field technician to apply. Even at his referral, I didn't receive a single form of correspondence. I highly doubt the company was really looking for someone or someone with a skill set. When I received no call back from any of the 5 positions would demonstrate a company-wide problem of not identifying and engaging potential candidates.
