Vision, motivated people, best in class products and solutions
Focus on professional markets. Brand not strong in consumer market
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at NEC Display Solutions of America (Chicago, IL) in February 2018.
Recruiter took time to deeply explain the origin of the opening and the history of company. Received info on the salary and benefits and was explained what I could expect for all steps in the cycle. Spent time going thru my resume and offered more ideas for me. There was lots of enthusiasm and I was even more excited about the job after my first interview. I was made to feel important even if I'm sure they got 100 resumes
