    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at NEC Electronics (Mountain View, CA) in April 2014.

    Interview

This was in internal move/promotional opportunity. Met with HR then the hiring manager. Had a round of interviews with the executive team. They gave everyone a homework project to complete and present. Had an offsite drink with the hiring manager to discuss their offer.

    Interview Questions

    • Homework consisted of analyzing a business situation (with data) and creating a suitable presentation. Executive interview included a whiteboard brainstorming question on identifying major communication issues across affiliate companies/factories.   Answer Question
