While the company had good benefits and base compensation package, it needed a stock-option type compensation structure to help retain and attract outstanding talent.
Advice to Management
Create incentives for employees to innovate, and take more risks to expand
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NEC Electronics in November 2009.
First interview is a test about basic CMOS knowledge, then interviewed by 2 General manager, questions including past experience, IC design knowledge, Japanese talking.
