Interview
The process was incredibly long winded. It took me a full calendar month to hear back from the recruitment team about my application. The interview itself was quite nice and easy. It was hosted remotely, and lasted for about 45mins. There was a good/balanced mix of customer service/IT first line support questions. Unfortunately, I was not successful, even though the interview itself went extremely well.
