What people are saying about NEXT
Currently out of a job, at 10 YOE so I'm reassessing my life to see what I should do next in my career. I'm struggling with some sort of an identity crisis and feeling like a failure for not being employed. How do I not tie my self-worth and my identity with work?
How many recruiters should you work with in a job search? I’m planning to move back to the area I went to law school in the next 6-12 months and I’ve made contact with 2 recruiters. Both seem great, especially one who seems to have the right connections with the firms I want to target (am law 200). I also have my own connections through law school classmates. What is normal? What’s helpful? I wanna be as efficient as possible in this search.

I applied online. I interviewed at NEXT (Leicester, England)
InterviewThe process was incredibly long winded. It took me a full calendar month to hear back from the recruitment team about my application. The interview itself was quite nice and easy. It was hosted remotely, and lasted for about 45mins. There was a good/balanced mix of customer service/IT first line support questions. Unfortunately, I was not successful, even though the interview itself went extremely well. However, I was provided with no feedback, which was a bit discouraging.Interview
