The NEXT Trucking family has been in the logistics business for over 15 years, running one of the largest TV distribution centers in Southern California. After witnessing firsthand the inefficiencies of the trucking industry, which included outdated processes and slow communication channels, CEO and Founder Lidia Yan established NEXT Trucking in 2015 to streamline the shipping process.

Our easy-to-use mobile app is available as a free download for owner-operators, fleet managers and company drivers to use. Long working hours during peak season. It's almost impossible to take vacation during Q4. Some of the large customers are extremely demanding.

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NEXT Trucking.
I first interviewed with HR manager and asked me basic experience questions. Then later I met with a Sales Manager asked me a scenario question, to sell my favorite product to him. It was an interesting interview option.
