I have been working at NEXTGEN GLOBAL RESOURCES full-time (Less than a year)
One of the top reasons I joined NextGen is the people. The other, their vision. As a virtual employee, I feel included in the HQ activities, day to day updates, questions answered and support when needed. Onboarding and training is always "ongoing" and it's up to you to continue to want to learn and develop. This is when you join any company! Our clients are wonderful and diverse within the telecom space and truly look at us as partners.

Advice to Management
continue to have honest conversations with the team - ensure everyone is aware of leadership goals and have the tools they need to reach them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NEXTGEN GLOBAL RESOURCES (Chicago, IL) in August 2015.
I had my initial phone interview with the wonderful Samantha Balaton. She brought me in to the office a few times. I met with a bunch of people and enjoyed every minute. Sam walked me through the entire interview process and greeted me at the door every time I came to meet with someone. She stayed incredibly professional, easy going, and made me excited to come back.
