I have been working at NFP full-time (More than 3 years)
This company truly believes in promoting the entire individual and not just that persons job or position. Leadership believes that caring (genuinely) for their co-workers allows the team to properly care for and take care of clients and customers. It is not just a win-win philosophy just to enhance the bottom line, it is a real desire to treat others as you would want to be treated and the bottom line will follow.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at NFP (Warrington, PA) in August 2017.
I was given some basic information and tests from HR, met with 2 sets of 2 lead consultants and met with a managing consultant. I was shown samples of client analyses and the internal processes were discussed in detail.
