    Pros

    Amazing opportunity. Great people, awesome culture. So many fun events and very senior employees including the CEO and C Suite executives dedicate a lot of time to developing the intern program.

    I applied online. I interviewed at NFP (Chicago, IL).

    Interview

    Very long, drawn out and unprofessional interview process conducted by Chicago office. Phone interview, video interview, assessment test, in person interviews. Company refused to give any feedback on the status of the interview process. Most of the interview process seemed to be an attempt to garner information from candidates about competitors business plans. Extremely unprofessional process.

    • One way video requiring information about salary requirements and how you keep abreast of HR technology products in market place.
