I have been working at NICE full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Mature product with established customer base. The company is well run, has a good product line and well established customer base.

    Cons

I really have not had any negative experiences. You do have to jump in and learn, but there are plenty of resources for that.

    Advice to Management

Keep focus on quality and customer needs - this is making the daily work rewarding and enjoyable.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at NICE (Paramus, NJ).

    Interview

I was interviewed first by the hiring manager. It was more of a discussion of the job description and responsibilities and my experience and qualifications. Next, I interviewed with the VP of the department. It was very brief. He asked if I could do the job. I said I think so and he said I should know so. Ha! Lastly, I interviewed with HR, that was a bit trickier because it was the situational type questions, i.e. describe a time you had to use your analytical skills, describe a time you dealt with an irate customer, etc. it wasn't until a month later that I heard back.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe a time I used my analytical skills. Describe a time you dealt with an irate customer. How does your experience and education qualify you to fit in to the job description and responsibilities.   Answer Question
