Many positives, but the clearest example of how NICE invests in their employees is their training program. Hands down, best training program around.

The recruiter reached out to me asking me what times worked best to do the initial phone screening. I responded with the dates and times for two weeks. I didn't hear back so I followed up twice. Two weeks later I receive a response from him asking for additional dates and times (since the original dates had passed) and so I responded however, I never heard back from him. Very unprofessional and very dismissive. The HR management team needs to reevaluate the people they hire to represent their company.
