Exhausting. Management doesn't care about the employees or customers. Lack of working processes. Gimme, Gimme, Gimme, Take, Take,Take, More, More, More!!

LISTEN to your employees
I applied online. I interviewed at NICE Systems.
I only spoke to a recruiter during a 5 minute or so phone interview. I honestly did not see the requirement she said was required, so not moving forward is on me for the "no offer" portion on this site. Not their fault. However, 3 or 4 of the 5 minutes we spoke were uncomfortable and abrupt. I was literally uncomfortable to the point where I was unable to answer her questions. The tone of her questions sounded almost distrusting and skeptical. For a second, I almost stopped the interview myself until she advised I didn't meet a requirement that was needed. Having been a recruiter myself in the past, I understand selling your company to a candidate to ensure you get the best is as important as the candidate selling themselves.
