I have been working at NISA Investment Advisors full-time (More than 3 years)
Company is seeing a lot of growth. That brings some exciting opportunities. Good benefits and some nice people to work with.
Most people think the pay is reasonable but when you break down your compensation based on hours worked (around 11 a day) they are actually getting you for a steal and are probably paying you equal or less than many other departments.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at NISA Investment Advisors (Clayton, MO) in February 2017.
5 interviews, all pretty straight forward. Met with both senior managers and analysts with a couple years of experience. Not many technical questions. Mostly wanted to know my math background and coding experience. Interviewed on Friday, received an offer the following Monday.
