The company has recently experience a leadership change which is very positive. The company now has a vision for the future. Company has won new contracts recently which ensures the future as well.
The company had to recently (last three years) cut some benefits which were very lucrative. Although it is tough to loose something we are now where other companies are in our similar industry.
Advice to Management
Take a look at recent PTO policy and in lieu of cash value perhaps you could add (accrue) at higher non-cash rates.
I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at NJVC.
Hiring and Interview process was years ago. Went very smoothly, with multiple interviews with managers, and recruiters. Some technical questions, but moderately easy. Most of the position was trainable on the job. Company provided lunch once hired during Indoc phase. Actual process to get on site took some time, but company paid for "overhead" time.
Negotiations were not uncomfortable and fair. I was actually surprised with their offer.
