I have been working at NMB Technologies as an intern (More than a year)

The learning experience was great, work-life balance was good, compensation was generous, and the people were friendly

My job in particular was monotonous at times; the products were not extremely exciting. The company was kind of rigid and formal too.

    Average Interview

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NMB Technologies (Chatsworth, CA) in August 2011.

Had an interview over the phone with the HR person. The person was cordial and it seemed she was suggesting for me to proceed to the second interview. Kept emailing me asking for when I would be available for next interview with the sales manager. Kept putting off the next interview because the sales manager wasn't available. Month later, after receiving weekly emails, the position had been filled. Lousy experience if they considered me for the position but dragged it out long enough to find someone else.
