I worked at NORC at the University of Chicago part-time

    Pros

Flexible schedules where you only had to work several evenings and work one day on the weekend. The management was very compassionate and caring. Loved working there!

    Cons

No assigned seating or healthcare benefits due to it being part time.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at NORC at the University of Chicago (Chicago, IL).

    Interview

I received an email the day after I submitted my application asking for a phone interview in which I had to read a script. Apparently, I was good enough so a couple of days later I interviewed in person. Upon arrival at the interview which included 15-20 other people, management gave a brief lecture on the company and what the job consisted of. Later each person was interviewed individually. It was very simple.
