Recent labor changes are broke, store level management is cutting labor to provide decreased COL for upper management training and new hires. New change causes problems in the store with speed/customer satisfaction as well as the ability to maintain paperwork/admin duties. Other area managers are in agreement that the labor system has made a turn for the worst and even though fast food is all about running minimal labor costs Pizza Hut has reduced its labor costs way beyond anything one person can manage to accomplish without an absolutely perfect team.
Advice to Management
New Labor System has cut labor nearly 30% the past year, this causes major stress and problems with production and speed at a store level and needs to be changed back to the previous arrangement in order to properly conduct business.
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at NPC International (Mobile, AL).
You take a test on the computer. Easy customer service stuff, team work stuff, and accountability stuff. (because this interview is too easy this add-on words are just there to complete this stupid 30 word limit on the hiring and interview process text box required by glassdoor hahahahha)
