Mission: NRC Health has helped healthcare organizations illuminate and improve the moments that matter to patients, residents, physicians, nurses, and staff for 35 years. Our empathetic heritage, proprietary methods, and holistic approach enable our partners to better understand the ...
Our associates do work that matters – for our partners, the community, and the healthcare industry.
→ Innovate with us to move healthcare forward.
→ Give back to the community with volunteer time off.
Our associates have big ideas and are empowered to “think like an owner.”
→ Fit your role and do what you love.
→ Grow and develop along a career path designed by you.
Our associates say their favorite thing about coming to work every day is each other.
→ Support one another – no one says, “That’s not my job.”
→ Play hard at beer:30 and team outings – we have a lot to celebrate.
Our associates are each unique, and we want them to live their best lives – at work and home.
→ Let life happen with 4+ weeks time off and a flexible work environment.
→ Live healthy with a comprehensive healthcare plan and wellness programs.
Our CEO, Mike Hays, is a firm believer that anyone can have an impact from his or her first day on the job.
We focus less on titles and more on the unique skills and perspectives each person brings to the organization.
So we aren’t just “employees” – we are proud associates.
Everyone wants to be known.
No one wants to be numerated, classified, or reduced to a field on a form. No one wants to be segmented, stereotyped, or defined by a demographic. Each of us is unique, in ways immeasurable, and we are all ever changing.
In the midst of this evolving and endlessly complex human phenomenon, one need is universal: health.
No one wants to be ill. No one wants to feel pain, loss of ability, or loss of self. But each of us will know the ebb and flow of wellbeing in our lives.
When the time for care comes, each of us simply wants to be known, heard, and understood.
And that is the purpose of NRC Health: Human Understanding—enabling healthcare organizations to understand what matters most to each person they serve, and ease their journey.
I have been working at NRC Health full-time
I've been at NRC for less than a year, and I can very matter of fact say that this is one of the best jobs I've ever had. The team is super engaged, everyone does a ton of work (and does it well), but the hours are extremely flexible. And because the work is meaningful, the results are outstanding. I'm extremely impressed by the super flat organization, the willingness to help others from all departments, and the NO MICRO MANAGING.
The only con I can think of is that the teams are spread across locations, but this mostly not an issue because it's never a reason that work doesn't get completed.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work. The onboarding was spectacular, and the accessibility to the talent team is superb.
