I worked at NTT America full-time
Great Insurance! Compensation is good. People care about their work.
People in support rolls do not feel appreciated and/or are not shown appreciation by leadership. The people work hard and do not feel appreciated. Unable to get training for new technologies to stay at the forefront of new innovations.
Advice to Management
This is not to bash the management team, but rather to provide constructive feedback to help improve communications and moral.
Management needs to show appreciation to non-sales associates more. Everyone witnesses the Sales team doing trips and celebrations, when the people that do the day to day work and support to provide the necessary technology to the customers, do not feel appreciated for what they do.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NTT America.
Spoke and met with a recruiter - then two phone screens and two onsites. The recruiter prepped me for the first screen which was with the manager. The second screen was with another manager from the outside sales team. The first onsite was with my future boss and the last onsite was with the VP of Sales.
