    Neutral Outlook

I worked at NTT Multimedia Communications Laboratories full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working on some of the most advanced technology that was supposed to be fifteen months ahead of market was a good thing working here.

    Cons

Lack of "fun" culture and atmosphere stifled by leadership, which seemed to be changing for better by the time I left.

    Advice to Management

Ask the people what they want and involve then in making decisions for the entire group. Share what the future will look like, don't bombard changes on then.
