I have been working at NWYC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Incredible internal culture of God, Family and Country.
Purpose driven work that makes a real difference!
Freedom and Flexibility especially for performers!
Consistent six figure income year in year out regardless of economy
    Stability of company and contracts!

    Cons

Family culture can sometimes be a little too forgiving for the good of the company and employees. This can slow down the growth but the tradeoff is they take care of their own here.

    Advice to Management

Continue to innovate and stay on the cutting edge in the membership sales industry.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NWYC (New York, NY) in December 2014.

    Interview

It took while to get through all the interviews. They are serious about finding a good person that can do the work. I had a phone interview, and two in person interviews. The questions were a lot about my previous jobs.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe your last position. What did you like? What did you do well? What could you have done better? Why did you leave?   Answer Question
