Spoke briefly with Director. Very informal, 20 minutes max. No hardball questions, felt like a chat. Was asked to come back a few days later. More formal interview with Head Nurses of two units and a current staff nurse. They asked about my experience as well as if I would feel comfortable with some of the duties expected on the unit.InterviewWould you feel comfortable restraining children when necessary. (This was a child/adolescent psych position).
