I worked at Na Hoku full-time (More than a year)
I worked at Na Hoku on Oahu, but far one of the best companies to work fo (especially on the north shore) Employees are valued, given great incentives, commission allows you to double even triple your pay , the more you sell the more you make
My manager was one of the best I've had ever
401k matching, 2 days off a week
Because it's sales, it can get competitive with team members, monthly personal & store quotas like any other sales job (not necessarily a con)
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Na Hoku (Tigard, OR) in May 2016.
the process was somewhat straightforward. I applied online and received a phone call later that week. I called her back and she asked me a few questions and we set up an interview time. the interview was one of the more difficult interviews if not most difficult. my problem was, I am a college student looking for a full time summer job. the position was more catered to a year round full time job. I had decent retail experience, but I could not accommodate the full-time position which is one if not the main reason why I was not offered the position.
