I worked at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital full-time (More than 5 years)
You meet all kind of people everyday is a different day it has experience that you wouldn't think a smaller hospital would have
There is a lot of backstabbing that goes on. Some of them will cover up stuff if they like the employee if it they know it's wrong
Advice to Management
Pay closer attention to why your good employees don't stay
I applied through other source. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital (Nacogdoches, TX) in October 2008.
Very complicated and unorganized to get application accepted. Application kept getting lost and when finally found and submitted took several months to complete to hiring process. Company offers orientation only one day a month. No interview was conducted and was hired by a simple phone call. Orientation to department however very thorough and well managed.
No negotiation applied
