    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Nagoya University (Nagoya, Aichi (Japan)) in November 2015.

    Interview

I was recommended by my Boss for a position which I networked to find. Through internal contacts I got the interview. Interview was easy. Presentation and then few questions. Questions about past work and how is it useful in future lab. Capability to work independently. Mostly the good reviews from colleagues and former boss gave me an edge.
