A lot of responsibility is given to you early on and you will gain so much experience immediately. The benefits are really good as well!

Training program has a lot of room for improvement. Management style is sometimes infuriating and antiquated, but your days are always different in what you do, so its never boring.

    Advice to Management

Try to avoid worrying about the tiny details. There are times where we would spends hundreds of dollars to find a one dollar mistake.

I applied online. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at Nan Ya Plastics USA (Batchelor, LA) in July 2014.

Talk to a Taiwanese first, most behavior question and about the long term plan. Than talk to HR asking some basic question and desired salary. Then schedule a onsite interview, 3 people interview me all from maintenance department. Went through my resume and ask some detail about the project I did in graduate school. Show me around the plant and total interview time about 4 hours.
