I have been working at Nan Ya Plastics USA full-time (More than 3 years)
The company offers excellent health care and good end of year bonuses. It takes care of its employees and their families outside of work.
Upper management is out of touch with operations and cares more about making more profit than making sure to prioritize safety. The company prefers to purchase cheaper, inferior supplies than spending slightly more money to purchase much higher quality goods. The company prefers to discipline employees rather than to find the root causes of problems.
Advice to Management
Remember that the operators and supervisors have a better insight into the process and running situations than those who do not go on the floor. Be able to admit that management has made a mistake rather than trying to pin the blame on operators.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Nan Ya Plastics USA (Lake City, SC) in July 2016.
Firs,t they will have a video interview, then want to have on site interview. They will help you book the ticket and stay in there guesthouse. And there will have two interview on site. The question mostly is the same with the question in video interview. There is a easy math question at the end to see uf you can deal with the stress out.
