    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nanoramic Laboratories (Boston, MA) in Nov 2019

    Interview

    1.There was a PI test and cognitive test prior to the video interview, which is very helpful for the HR team to know the candidate personality and fit-ability to the position.
    2.After the PI and cognitive tests, there will be a video interview, which the hiring team will join, and it takes about 50 minutes.
    3. Both technical questions and behavior questions are asked during the video interview.
    4. On-site interview for senior engineer includes 30-45min presentation.
