I worked at Napa Valley College full-time (More than 8 years)
Retire Calpers at age 50 after vested for 5 years. Medical is 100% paid for employee.
Family healthcare is too expensive due to the rich plan. In my employment of 8 years I only received one COLA raise.
Advice to Management
Train the supervisors on their employees jobs.
I applied online. I interviewed at Napa Valley College.
Initial part of test included time in front of word processor with 3-4 questions to answer in a narrative format and turn in to moderator before going in front of interview panel. There was a one hour time period to answer the 3-4 narrative questions.
