    exceptional training provided and great for anybody looking to sharper their sales skills even further. you can get promoted in your first 6 months while continuously getting uncapped commission every month. great opportunities to travel to Europe & the Middle East.


    as the company invests a lot in its employees, they demand great work ethic so there are certain tasks that sales people have to do outside of working hours such as lead research

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Naseba.


    I was contacted on LinkedIn and messaged twice by the recruiter within 24 hours. I scheduled a call and talked with a recruiter couple days later. The call went well (no longer than 20 minutes) and scheduled a call with the next person.

    I received the call and went through the normal interview questions and answers. I was then told that if all went well, I would be given an assignment. A couple days later, I received an email asking when I could receive the assignment since I would only be given 48 hours to complete it. I emailed them back, got the assignment, and sent it within the given time frame. I received an email probably a week or so after I had sent it saying that they would review it and they would get back to me regarding assignment.

    However, after waiting about a week, I emailed them back asking if there was any movement or progress on this. I waited about another week and I never received a call back nor any communication. Suffice to say, this was probably the worse interview I have ever had! It is one thing to interview and receive no feedback. But it is another thing to do actual work and an assignment for them and just zero communication on their end. It has been a couple months since I had the interview/assignment and I still have not received any feedback. I previously worked in recruiting and I do consider this completely unprofessional in my books.
