I am doing embryo genetic testing with Natera/Spectrum and they won’t release results until we have paid the invoice and they complete processing of the payment. We received the invoice on Friday and just paid it today (Monday) so we were not late. Is that typical for testing results?

InterviewI applied at Natera online and was contacted the next day by a recruiter to schedule a 30 minute phone call. I was asked a few basic questions like my experience, salary expectations, and how soon I could begin working. Two weeks later I followed up with the recruiter to ask if the position had been filled since I had not heard anything and was told that I was not selected for an interview. However, the next day I received an email from the recruiting coordinator to schedule my onsite interview. I'm guessing there was some sort of communication issue, but I was happy to have another chance for the position. That following week I had a one-on-one in person interview although I was told it was to be a panel interview of three people. It wasn't a big deal to me, but I can see how that might bother other interviewees. One thing that I think is important to know about this position that was not listed on the job description is that employees are required to work one weekend day as well as holidays. Just something to keep in mind if you're thinking about applying.Interview
