I applied at Natera online and was contacted the next day by a recruiter to schedule a 30 minute phone call. I was asked a few basic questions like my experience, salary expectations, and how soon I could begin working. Two weeks later I followed up with the recruiter to ask if the position had been filled since I had not heard anything and was told that I was not selected for an interview. However, the next day I received an email from the recruiting coordinator to schedule my onsite interview. I'm guessing there was some sort of communication issue, but I was happy to have another chance for the position. That following week I had a one-on-one in person interview although I was told it was to be a panel interview of three people. It wasn't a big deal to me, but I can see how that might bother other interviewees. One thing that I think is important to know about this position that was not listed on the job description is that employees are required to work one weekend day as well as holidays.
