    I applied online. I interviewed at Natera (United States)


    First step was a phone interview with the recruiter for ~20min. Straightforward discussion of my experience and reasons why I was applying for the job. The recruiter gave me positive feedback and affirmed that they would have me move onto the next steps and interview with one of the managers for the role.

    The recruiter told me to call or email with any questions. Never received a follow-up call/email from them weeks later. I sent a follow-up call and email regarding my application status a week later and did not get a single reply. In the future, it would be appreciated to have more honesty and transparency from the recruiters. Don't waste my time telling me that I will move onto the next-steps of the interview process and then lie. I would much rather prefer a quick response saying that my application has been rejected rather than being ghosted.
