I worked at National Association for College Admission Counseling full-time

    Pros

great benefits, some of the people are really nice, great work/life balance

    Cons

not a lot of communication between teams, so no one is ever really sure what other departments are doing; a lot of decisions get made for employees without employee input; people don't seem to care about the mission
