National presence, chance to work with national partners. They don't seem to run staff into the ground, like other D.C. trades with very limited staff capacity.
Large bureaucracy - hard to get new ideas off the ground or get approval for projects quickly.
Advice to Management
Promote younger leaders, those handling large responsibilities.

Process was easy but what left a bad taste in my mouth was the fact that It was been weeks and there was no response to follow up and no notification. Obviously I am not moving on but telling me is very legal and is professional.
